At Penny Pot we pride ourselves in being able to provide a high standard of care, and have an inclusive and diverse team combining their skills to ensure each resident is provided for.

We treat everyone as a unique individual and provide them with the support they need in order to have a fulfilling life, promoting independence at all stages of care.

Our staff have a variety of qualifications, NVQs, annual training etc. and we actively encourage apprentices to join us and learn whilst they earn experience and an income.

Penny Pot is open to the community, friends, and families. We encourage others to come and spend time with us, to see what we do, and what a difference we make.

The Company

As a company, we are praised for our standard of care provided and have a strong management team who push the company to do better and better each year. The Care Home Manager (Ms Tracy Josko), and Care Home Provider (Ms Debbie Carson) both have extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that the home is always evolving to make sure that we can continue to provide the quality of care that is expected from the company.

Our door is always open and our staff are always available to have a chat and to answer any questions.
